New Recording from Nat Evans

My good friend and frequent collaborator, Nat Evans, has released a brilliant record inspired by his trek on the Pacific Crest Trail and resulting interactions with coyotes.  Featuring an expansive sound palette that immediately transports the listener, Nat employs field recordings of his travels alongside recordings by myself and guitarist Will Hayes.

Nat has graciously allowed me to host the track that features my playing.  I recorded a series of multiphonic cycles that he then edited and layered to create the final result below.  Coyoteways is available now via Mon Amie Records.
